Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Delilah Petal but if you are not you have the right to cancel an order within eight working days from the date that you received the goods. Cancellation must be confirmed to us by post to: Returns Department, Delilah Petal, 1 Church Street, Crewkerne, Somerset, TA18 7HR or via email to: info@delilahpetal.com
We can offer a refund on an item as long as it is returned unused in a resalable condition, repackaged with care in its original packaging. Please include the returns form that arrived with your parcel and if this is not possible please include a letter with your name address, email address and telephone number. We will refund the purchase price to you within thirty days of the cancellation notice. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
In the case of faulty goods we will pay the cost of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case your parcel fails to reach us for whatever reason. Please note that personalised items and earrings cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
