Artist's meadow is a selection of wild flowers that grow outside artist Yvonne Coomber's Devon studio.
No need to dig with these incredible seedballs. Just scatter where you would like them to grow. A collection of seeds encased in compost and clay that helps to protect and germinate them. The ball breaks down over time to leave a patch of young plants that will continue to grow and grow into a wild flower garden.
Each seedball contains approximately 30 seeds from a mix of Oxeye Daisy, Red Campion, White Cow Parsley, Musk Mallow, Corn Marigold, Purple Field Scabious and Common Poppy. Each tin has 20 seedballs, enough to cover 1 metre square in a garden or 3 - 5 medium pots. Best scattered in Autumn or Spring.
Some of the proceeds from these tins are donated to wildlife charity The Wildlife Trusts.
